By making any reservation or payment, the renter confirms full understanding and acceptance of all terms below.
We accept Indonesian local renters strictly under the following conditions:
Rental is available ONLY for verified OJOL drivers (Gojek, Grab, ShopeeFood or similar platform).
Renter must be at least 18 years old.
Renter must provide:
Original e-KTP
Valid SIM C (Indonesian driving license)
Proof of domicile (domisili)
Active OJOL platform account proof
Renter must allow physical address verification (home visit inspection).
Motorbike will be handed over ONLY after:
All documents are verified
Address inspection is completed
Company approval is issued
Failure to meet ANY of the above conditions will result in immediate cancellation of the application without refund.
Any payment received from Indonesian local customers:
Is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Will NOT be refunded if documents are incomplete.
Will NOT be refunded if verification fails.
Will NOT be refunded if renter refuses address verification.
Will NOT be refunded in case of change of mind.
By making payment, the renter agrees that payment confirms acceptance of all verification procedures.
No chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals will be accepted under any circumstances.
Foreign renters must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Provide:
Passport copy
Valid visa
International Driving Permit
Hotel reservation or proof of residence in Indonesia
Upload booking confirmation or official address documentation before vehicle handover.
Failure to provide required documents may result in cancellation without refund.
The vehicle:
Must NOT be used for illegal activities.
Must NOT be sub-rented or transferred to another person.
Must be returned with the same fuel level.
Rental period is strictly 24 hours from pick-up time.
Minimum rental period is 2 days.
Commercial misuse, criminal use, or unauthorized driver usage will result in immediate termination without refund.
The renter is fully and personally responsible for:
Any damage
Any accident
Total loss
Theft
Traffic fines
Misuse
Negligent operation
Responsibility remains until the vehicle is physically returned and inspected by the company.
Vehicles include basic third-party insurance only.
The following are NOT covered:
Negligence
Reckless driving
Traffic violations
Rider fault accidents
Commercial misuse beyond agreement
All uncovered damages must be paid in full by the renter.
Total Loss or Severe Damage → 100% market value compensation.
Minor Damage → Actual repair cost.
Accessories Loss (helmet, key, holder, etc.) → Full replacement cost.
Engine damage caused by misuse → Full mechanical repair cost.
Payment must be settled immediately upon demand.
All payments are final.
For Indonesian local customers (OJOL drivers):
All payments are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once received.
For foreign customers:
No refund after rental period has started.
Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or false claims will be considered breach of contract and may result in legal action.
The renter explicitly waives the right to dispute legitimate charges made under this agreement.
The company reserves full right to:
Conduct home address verification.
Reject application after verification.
Refuse vehicle handover without explanation.
Without successful verification, the order will not proceed.
The company reserves the right to:
Cancel any rental.
Refuse service.
Retain payment.
Report fraudulent activity.
If fraud or misrepresentation is discovered, legal action may be pursued.
This agreement is governed by the Laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any dispute shall be exclusively handled by Jakarta Timur District Court.
By making payment, uploading documents, or accepting vehicle handover, the renter confirms:
Full understanding of these terms.
Voluntary agreement.
Waiver of refund rights as stated.
Acceptance of verification procedures.
All reservations are subject to vehicle availability.
In the event that the originally reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to operational, maintenance, safety, or logistical reasons, the Company reserves the right to provide a similar or alternative vehicle category when possible.
Acceptance of the replacement vehicle by the renter shall be considered confirmation of agreement with the substitution.
Such substitution shall not be considered a breach of contract and shall not entitle the renter to claim any refund, compensation, or damages.
Vehicle delivery and return must occur at the agreed location and time.
Delays caused by traffic conditions, operational constraints, or force majeure events shall not be considered a breach of agreement.
The Company reserves the right to charge additional fees for late returns, unauthorized relocation of the vehicle, or changes to the agreed return location.
A refundable security deposit may be required before vehicle handover.
The deposit will be refunded only after:
Vehicle inspection
Confirmation that no damage, loss, fines, or violations occurred
Return of all accessories
The Company reserves the right to deduct any outstanding costs from the deposit.
The renter is fully responsible for all traffic fines, toll violations, parking violations, and legal penalties occurring during the rental period.
If fines are issued after the vehicle has been returned, the renter remains legally responsible and agrees to settle the payment immediately upon notification.
Administrative processing fees may apply.
Late returns beyond the agreed rental period will result in additional charges calculated based on the daily rental rate.
Returns exceeding 3 hours past the scheduled return time may be counted as an additional rental day.
The Company shall not be held responsible for service interruptions or inability to provide the vehicle due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Civil disturbances
Transportation disruptions
Mechanical emergencies
Such events shall not entitle the renter to claim damages against the Company.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service, terminate a rental, or deny vehicle handover if the renter:
Appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
Behaves aggressively or abusively toward staff
Provides misleading or false information
Termination under these circumstances will not qualify for refund.
The vehicle will be inspected before and after the rental period.
Photos, videos, inspection reports, and signed delivery forms shall be considered valid legal documentation of the vehicle condition.
Information published on the Company website, booking platforms, or marketing materials is provided for general guidance only.
Specifications, images, and vehicle models may vary depending on availability.
The Company reserves the full right to update, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The version published on the official website shall always be considered the legally binding version.
These Terms and Conditions may be provided in multiple languages for convenience.
In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail and be legally binding.
Electronic confirmations including:
Online bookings
Digital signatures
Email confirmations
Messaging confirmations (WhatsApp, SMS, etc.)
shall be considered legally valid acceptance of this agreement.
If any clause within these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining clauses shall remain fully valid and enforceable.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the renter and the Company.
No verbal statements, informal promises, or external representations shall override these written terms.
By accepting the vehicle at the time of handover, the renter confirms that the vehicle is in good condition and suitable for their intended use.
Any complaints regarding vehicle suitability must be reported immediately at the time of delivery. Claims made after departure will not be accepted.
