General Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the company.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after payment is received and officially acknowledged by the company.

A. Foreign & Local Daily Rental Customers

(Tourists, Expats, Short-Term Renters)

  1. Cancellation Before Pick-Up

Free cancellation is allowed before vehicle pick-up time.

  1. After Rental Start

Once the vehicle has been handed over and rental period has started, payment is non-refundable.

No refund for early return, unused days, or change of travel plans.

  1. Deposit Refund

Security deposit (Rp 2,000,000) is refundable after inspection.

Refund will be processed immediately if by cash was the payment or within 24 hours if inspection is required.

Deductions may apply for:

Damage

Late return

Fuel difference

Traffic fines

B. Weekly & Monthly Rental – OJOL Drivers

(Gojek, Grab, ShopeeFood and similar platform drivers)

This category applies only to drivers renting for commercial ride-hailing or delivery purposes.

  1. Weekly Rentals

Weekly payments are non-refundable once the rental week has started.

Early termination within the week does not qualify for refund.

  1. Monthly Rentals

Monthly rental payments are non-refundable after the first rental day.

If renter stops working before the end of the month, no partial refund will be issued.

  1. Security Deposit

Deposit remains refundable after contract completion and vehicle inspection.

Any platform-related penalties, damages, or mechanical abuse will be deducted.

  1. No-Show Policy

Failure to collect the vehicle without prior notice may result in full charge of the booking period.

  1. Payment Disputes

By making payment, the renter confirms agreement with all rental policies.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without contractual basis may result in legal action under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
