AIRPORT PICKUP POLICY

(Jakarta Airport Pickup & Return)

  1. Service Availability

Airport delivery and return service is available at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK), Jakarta.

  1. Airport Delivery Fee

Airport delivery may include additional service fee depending on:

Terminal

Waiting time

Parking charges

  1. Waiting Policy

Free waiting time: 60 minutes after flight landing.

After 60 minutes → Rp 50,000 per additional hour.

  1. Flight Delays

Customer must inform the company immediately in case of delay.
Failure to notify may result in cancellation fee.
